We opened Velocity Barbell in 2018 after working in numerous training facilities and becoming frustrated with the lack of attention given to individuals and their unique goals and circumstances. Places where clients were treated like a number and were essentially renting equipment. We wanted to start a community where showing up is the norm, where we make high level coaching accessible, and where getting results is expected and not an exception. You won’t find TV’s and neon lights here to distract you, we believe in giving our clients our absolute best to help them surpass their goals.
